These terms cover your use of the PAWA XTREME website and the browser games published on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What we provide

PAWA XTREME is an entertainment franchise hub: character pages, franchise news, and free browser games. There are no accounts, no subscriptions, and nothing to buy. Everything here is offered free of charge and we may change, suspend, or remove any part of it at any time without notice.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site or its games in any way that breaks the law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any system connected to it;
• interfere with the site's operation, for example by overloading it or introducing malicious code;
• scrape, mirror, or redistribute the site's content or games at scale.

3. Intellectual property

PAWA XTREME, its logo, characters, artwork, names, stories, and games are original works and remain our property. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from them, or use them commercially, without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial fan works are welcome, provided they are clearly not presented as official.

4. Game progress

Game progress is saved in your own browser on your own device. We do not store it and cannot recover it. Clearing your browser data, switching devices, or using private browsing will lose it.

5. No warranty

The site and its games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of defects, and we do not guarantee any particular result from using it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or its games, including lost game progress or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of PAWA XTREME is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
