Privacy Policy

PAWA XTREME is a static website. It has no user accounts, no login, no payments, and no forms. We do not ask you for personal information, and there is nowhere on this site for you to give us any.

1. What we collect

• Server logs. Our hosting and content delivery providers record standard request data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser user agent) to serve the site and protect it from abuse. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used to build a profile of you.
• Aggregate analytics. We may measure page views and referrers using privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics. It records no personal identifiers, sets no cookies, and cannot track you across other websites.
• Error reports. If a page breaks in your browser, we may receive a technical report of the error (message, stack trace, browser version) so we can fix it.

We do not collect your name, email address, or payment details, because we have no way to receive them.

2. Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own: no advertising cookies, no tracking cookies, no session cookies.

3. Games and locally stored data

Our browser games save your progress and settings in your own browser, using local storage on your device. That data never leaves your machine and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser data for this site deletes your game progress permanently, and we have no copy to restore from.

4. Third parties

We do not sell or share your data. The only third parties involved are the infrastructure providers that host and deliver the site, and the analytics and error-reporting services described above, all acting on our behalf.

5. Children

This site is suitable for a general audience and is not directed at collecting information from anyone, including children. We knowingly collect no personal data from any visitor.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA) you have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. In practice we hold none, but you are welcome to contact us to confirm that or to ask us anything about this policy.

7. Changes

If we add a feature that collects personal data, such as cloud saves or a mailing list, we will update this page before that feature goes live and change the date at the top.
